Now I believe that if you want to succeed you have to think outside the box. This comes easier for some and not so easy for others.

So in my journey to live and breath a more sustainable existence I came across this man called Joel Salatin who is a farmer in the USA who has thought outside the box and is an inspiration in small farm and food management.

He has cut through all the greenwashing of the big corporations and is farming successfully and organically.

Milkwood Permaculture creators Nick & Kirsten together with Sydney Food Fairness Alliance have bought Joel out and tonight my partner and I are going to see him talk.

Feel so lucky to get to go and hear this man talk.

Heard Joel Salatin this week in Sydney, he was brilliant: entertaining, incisive, inspirational. If only the worried farmers of the Murray Darling had his vision!
